A Document You Can Search, or a Picture of One
Check 04 set out in full and dated .
Click a certificate link and something arrives. What arrives is the check. A document with pages a reader can scroll and text a reader can search is one kind of thing. A photograph of a page is another kind of thing. The difference between them is settled in a single click, which is why the form of the file earns a column of its own, separate from anything written inside it.
What check 04 reads on the page
The check reads the file, not the contents of the file. Click one certificate link and see what the click returns. A filled cell means a document opens, with pages that scroll and text that can be searched. An unfilled form is a picture: a page rendered as an image, which the eye can read and the browser cannot.
This is deliberately a low-effort check, one click and one file opened, and it sits fourth in the order for that reason. It reads nothing that requires believing the brand. A reader settles it by watching what the browser does with the link.
Why the form of the file is itself a fact
A searchable document can be quoted line by line, set beside a second document and compared, and kept for later against the day a page changes. A picture of a page resists all three. It can be looked at, and that is close to the end of what it allows.
A filled cell here does not prove that anything printed in the document is true, and it does not prove the file matches what would arrive in a box. It proves one narrow thing, that the record was published in a form a reader can read, quote and check, rather than in a form that only permits looking.
The one row where this cell is filled
Every fact in this section is about the affiliate-partner row, and it is marked affiliate partner for that reason. On 2026-09-01 three certificate files came down from the brand that pays for this page, and each was confirmed as a document running to four pages: peptaralabs.io/coa/retatrutide.pdf, peptaralabs.io/coa/bpc157.pdf, and peptaralabs.io/coa/ghk-cu.pdf.
The certificates page publishes and links fourteen certificates plus four second-laboratory reports. Only the five files named on this page were downloaded and their form confirmed during this run, and the rest are described as published and linked rather than as opened, because opening each one is not a thing this site did. A published certificate exists for fourteen of the sixteen catalog items; the other two, Epithalon and Glutathione, are shown as Pending, with a certificate described as in testing and available on request. Affiliate partner source, the certificates page: peptaralabs.io/coa.
The split is the part worth marking. The three certificates are documents. The two second-laboratory reports that came down the same day arrived as image files: peptaralabs.io/coa/janoshik/retatrutide.png and peptaralabs.io/coa/janoshik/bpc157.png. Two sets of records from one brand, in two different file forms, which is why the cell note on the scorecard carries both halves rather than rounding them into one. What a second laboratory adds, separate from the form its report takes, is set out at the second laboratory on the same batch.
What a nameable record looks like
A document earns its form when it can be named and located. The brand publishes a page that walks through one certificate from start to finish, and it names that certificate as COA-2026-8642, a four-page panel against BPC-157 batch BPC-260408-A, run by Titreon Analytical, the laboratory Peptara Labs describes as a third-party laboratory whose quality system is aligned to ISO/IEC 17025:2017, not itself accredited. A certificate number and a batch code that a reader can quote back are the difference between a record and a picture of one.
This page does not reproduce that walkthrough, which is the brand's own and reads a certificate line by line. It borrows one fact from it, that a specific record carries a specific number and batch, to show what a nameable document looks like. Affiliate partner source, the brand's certificate-reading page: peptaralabs.io/how-to-verify-peptide-purity.
Where this check belongs, and what to read next
This check is one of seven, and its place in the scheme is set out at the check this page belongs to. Once a file opens, the sentence worth reading first is the one naming the laboratory and its standing, taken apart at the sentence to read once the file opens.
